These terms govern your use of pluriel.ro. By using the site, you agree to them.

About this website
PLURIEL presents selected services, work and professional experience for general information. The site is operated by PLURIEL through Alexandru Filip in Bucharest, Romania.
No client or advisory relationship
Reading the site, following a link or sending an email does not create a client, advisory, employment, partnership or contractual relationship.
A project begins only after PLURIEL and the client agree its scope, responsibilities, fees and terms in writing. Any proposal or project agreement takes precedence over these website terms for that engagement.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the PLURIEL name and logo, website design, text and original visual material are owned by or licensed to PLURIEL. Photographs and other licensed materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and licensors.
You may view the site and share links to it for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, republish or use site materials commercially without prior written permission or another valid legal basis.
Selected work and third-party rights
Client and project names, product names, trademarks, logos and screenshots shown in selected work remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer any rights to you.
Portfolio descriptions identify PLURIEL’s stated contribution and should not be read as a claim of ownership over a client’s business, product or materials.
External links
The site links to independent external websites for selected work and useful legal information. Those services control their own content, availability, security, terms and privacy practices. PLURIEL is not responsible for them.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts the service, or use its content unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is complete, error-free or current. We may change, suspend or remove content without notice.
You should not rely on the website as legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PLURIEL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the site, inability to use it, or use of an external website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains the limited personal-data processing connected with visiting the site and contacting us. Our cookie policy explains Google Analytics, the consent choice and technologies strictly necessary for security.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated date.
