Brand audit and diagnosis
We distinguish what is strategic from what is expression, before changing either.
Expertise
Clarity before expression.
A brand does not begin with a logo. It begins with a decision: who you are, who you matter to, what you promise and why someone should choose you. PLURIEL clarifies position, offer, architecture and identity before they become campaigns, websites, products or communications.

01 / Context
The answer is not automatically a rebrand.
02 / What we do
We distinguish what is strategic from what is expression, before changing either.
Purpose, ambition, audiences, insight, category, differentiation, position and principles that can be used.
Why you rather than the alternative? A clear position makes decisions easier for the team and the customer.
We clarify the role of offers, services, sub-brands and names across the portfolio.
We translate strategy into language, naming and expression that can remain coherent.

04 / Frequently asked
Brand strategy settles the decisions: who you exist for, which category you compete in, what you promise and how you differ. Visual identity is how those decisions become visible — logo, colour, typography, graphic system. An identity built without strategy looks good but supports no business decision.
Usually not. A brand audit separates strategic problems from expression problems. If the positioning is right and only the expression has fallen behind, a refresh is enough and considerably cheaper. A full rebrand is justified when the business, the audience or the category has fundamentally changed.
A positioning sprint generally runs four to six weeks. A full strategy and identity project generally runs three to five months, depending on the number of audiences, the complexity of the portfolio and the pace of internal decisions.
Yes. PLURIEL works in Romanian and English with organisations in Romania and across Europe. Strategic coordination stays in one senior point regardless of market.
